IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT STOCK SPECIFICS:
The stock in the packages comes directly from overstocks and customer returns (Class Economy: a mix of category A and A/B/C). Clothing and footwear may show signs of use, defects, dirt, or lack of original paper tags.
For Companies (B2B Online/Stationary): Transactions are final; the stock is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
For Private Individuals (Stationary): Due to the stationary nature of sales to individuals and the above-mentioned stock specifics, packages purchased in the warehouse are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The buyer on-site fully accepts the technical and visual condition of the selected package.

LEGAL NOTICE AND TERMS OF WHOLESALE AND STATIONARY SALES
1. Legal Status and Nature of B2B Transactions (For Business Entities)
- Wholesale Online Sales Only: All transactions concluded electronically (online) on our website are purely business-to-business (B2B) and are made between entrepreneurs.
- Absolute Absence of B2B Returns: In accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and wholesale trade regulations, all online transactions are final. Purchased stock is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The impossibility of return becomes unconditional the moment the stock leaves our logistics warehouse (is handed over to the courier company).
2. Legal Status of Stationary Sales (For Private Individuals / Consumers)
- Sales to individuals without a company: The sale of stock packages in the "Economy Zone" to individuals not engaged in economic activity (Consumers) takes place EXCLUSIVELY on a stationary basis, directly at the business premises (Stock Babilon Shop Warehouse).
- No 14-day right of return: In accordance with the applicable provisions of Polish and EU consumer law, in the case of stock purchased directly in a stationary store/warehouse, the Consumer is not entitled to the statutory right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods without giving a reason. Every transaction concluded stationary on-site is final.
3. Full Legal Interpretation of Stock (Stock & Mix Packages)
- Stock Specification: The offered clothing and footwear packages ("mix" type) constitute clearance and liquidation stock. It comes from end-of-series, overstocks, and international customer returns of various brands. It may have signs of use, defects, dirt, damaged packaging, or lack of original tags.
- Exclusion of Liability (Warranty): Pursuant to Art. 558 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code, the Seller completely excludes liability under the warranty for physical and legal defects of the goods in relation to B2B entities. In relation to Consumers buying stationary – before making the payment, the Buyer is informed about the specifics of the stock and, by making a purchase on-site, fully accepts the technical and visual condition of the entire package.
4. Right to Inspect Stock Before Purchase
- On-Site Verification: To ensure full transparency, each package (both for companies and private individuals) can and is recommended to be thoroughly inspected personally on-site at our warehouse before making the payment. Making a purchase without prior inspection is done at the Buyer's sole risk. Complaints regarding the composition, brands, or condition of the packages after their purchase and leaving the warehouse will not be considered.
