1. Legal Status and Nature of Transactions (B2B)
  • Wholesale Sales Only: All transactions concluded via our platform or directly at our facility are strictly Business-to-Business (B2B) and are carried out exclusively between commercial entities (professional entrepreneurs).
  • Strict No-Return Policy: In accordance with wholesale trade regulations and applicable commercial laws, all sales are final. Purchased goods cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Transfer of Liability: The no-return policy becomes unconditional the moment the goods leave our logistics warehouse (i.e., upon handover to the Buyer or delivery to the courier/carrier).
 
2. Full Legal Interpretation of Goods (Stock & Mix Packages)
  • Product Specification: The offered clothing packages ("mix" type) constitute clearance, liquidation, and overstock goods. They originate from end-of-series, warehouse surpluses, and international customer returns (outlet stock) of various global brands.
  • Exclusion of Warranty (Rękojmia): Due to the nature of B2B wholesale trade and the liquidation character of the inventory, the Seller entirely excludes all liability under statutory warranty for physical and legal defects (pursuant to Art. 558 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code and international commercial standards). The goods are sold on an "as is" basis. The Buyer fully accepts the risk of potential defects within the mix packages.
  • Exclusion of Consumer Rights: The Buyer is not entitled to any consumer protection rights, including the European Union 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason.
 
3. Right to Pre-Purchase Inspection
  • On-Site Verification: To ensure full transparency, the goods can and should be thoroughly inspected in person at our warehouse prior to purchase.
  • Post-Purchase Claims: Purchasing goods without a prior on-site inspection is done at the Buyer’s sole risk. No complaints regarding the content, assortment, brands, or condition of the packages will be accepted after the transaction is completed.
