- For Private Individuals (Warehouse): Due to the stationary nature of sales for natural persons and the above specification of the goods, packs purchased in the warehouse are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The buyer on-site fully accepts the technical and visual condition of the selected package.

LEGAL NOTICE AND TERMS OF WHOLESALE AND WAREHOUSE SALES
1. Legal Status and Nature of B2B Transactions (For Business Entities)
- Wholesale Online Sales Only: All transactions concluded electronically (online) on our website are strictly of a business nature (Business-to-Business) and are made between entrepreneurs.
- Absolute Absence of B2B Returns: In accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and wholesale trade regulations, all online transactions are final. Purchased goods are not subject to return or exchange. The impossibility of return becomes unconditional as soon as the goods leave our logistics warehouse (are handed over to the courier company).
2. Legal Status of On-site Sales (For Natural Persons / Consumers)
- Sales for individuals without a company: The sale of product packages in the "Economic Zone" to natural persons not conducting business activity (Consumers) takes place EXCLUSIVELY on-site, directly at the business premises (Stock Babilon Shop Warehouse).
- No 14-day right of return: In accordance with the applicable provisions of Polish and EU consumer law, in the case of purchasing goods directly in a physical shop/warehouse, the Consumer is not entitled to the statutory right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods without giving a reason. Every transaction concluded on-site is final.
3. Full Legal Interpretation of the Goods (Stock & Mix Packs)
- Product Specification: The offered clothing and footwear packs ("mix" type) constitute clearance and liquidation goods. They come from end-of-series, overstocks, and international consumer returns (outlet / customer returns) of various brands, which is directly reflected in their very low, bargain wholesale price. Due to its nature, the goods may show signs of use, defects, dirt, damaged packaging, or lack of original tags.
- Exclusion of Liability (Warranty): Pursuant to Art. 558 § 1 of the Civil Code, the Seller completely excludes liability under the statutory warranty for physical and legal defects of the goods in relation to B2B entities. In relation to Consumers buying on-site – the Buyer is informed about the specificity of the goods before making the payment and, by purchasing on the spot, fully accepts the technical and visual condition of the entire package.
4. Right to Inspect Goods Before Purchase
- On-site Verification: In order to ensure full transparency, every package (both for companies and private individuals) can and is recommended to be thoroughly inspected in person on-site at our warehouse before making the payment. Purchasing without prior inspection is at the sole risk of the Buyer. Complaints regarding the composition, brands, or condition of the packages after their purchase and leaving the warehouse will not be considered.
