- Wholesale and Professional Trade Only: All transactions concluded on the online platform and in the brick-and-mortar warehouse of Babilon Shop are strictly business-to-business (Business-to-Business – B2B). The parties to the contract are exclusively economic entities (entrepreneurs and companies). This service does not operate as a retail store. By logging in and placing an order, the Buyer automatically accepts the terms of these regulations.
- Complete Exclusion of Consumer Rights for Businesses: When purchasing as a business (on a VAT invoice, proforma invoice, or business registration data), the Buyer does not hold consumer status. Consequently, in commercial B2B wholesale trade, the statutory right to return goods within 14 days without giving a reason is strictly non-existent. Regulations concerning distance consumer purchases do not apply to business entities under any circumstances.
- Strict No-Return and No-Exchange Policy: In accordance with the principle of freedom of contract in professional trade and the specifics of trading in clothing stocks and mix packages, all transactions are final and irrevocable. Purchased goods are not subject to return, cancellation, withdrawal, or exchange for any other items under any circumstances. The wholesale store does not accept returns of unsold goods from the Customer.
- Moment of Return Restriction Activation: The restriction on cancellation or return of goods becomes unconditional and immediate from the moment the goods leave the Babilon Shop logistics warehouse (i.e., at the moment of physical handover of the goods to the Buyer on-site or upon transferring the package/pallet to the courier company, carrier, or forwarder). The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery of the package to the courier.
- Category A (Grade 1 / New): Merchandise that is predominantly brand new, free of defects, with tags (paper or internal). The Seller reserves the right that in packages of this class, minor defects, micro-damage, or minimal dirt up to 5% of the package volume may (but do not have to) occur, which directly results from the specifics of outlet logistics.
- Category B (Outlet / Customer Returns): Merchandise from end-of-series or customer returns. It may possess minor, easily removable signs of wear, superficial dirt, lack of paper tags, or small tailoring defects.
- Category C (Damaged / Liquidation Goods): Merchandise with the highest degree of commercial risk, where the vast majority or the entirety of the package (up to 100%) may possess clear technical defects, damage, stains, tears, signs of heavy use, missing elements (e.g., buttons, zippers), or lack of tags. This merchandise is sold as damaged/defective "as is," which is reflected in its extremely low wholesale price.
- Complete Exclusion of Statutory Warranty: Pursuant to Article 558 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code, the Seller completely excludes statutory warranty liability for physical and legal defects of the goods in all transactions with entrepreneurs (B2B). Merchandise in all categories is sold in the condition in which it is located (as is).
- Rules of the Economic Zone: The Economic Zone is a special program dedicated to natural persons (without a registered company) who wish to purchase start-up packages (e.g., 9 kg / 9 pcs) for further profitable resale on platforms such as Vinted, Allegro, OLX, eBay, Depop, Wallapop, Kleinanzeigen, Bazos, or Vestiaire Collective.
- Exclusion of the Right to Return for Distance Purchases (Non-Prefabricated Goods): The offered "Mix" packages are assembled as non-prefabricated items, prepared according to the individualized needs and specifications of the Buyer (each bag/box constitutes a unique, non-reproducible composition of brands, sizes, and models). Therefore, based on Article 38 clause 1 item 3 of the Act on Consumer Rights, the Buyer consumer is not entitled to the right to withdraw from the contract and return goods purchased at a distance.
- Sealing and Hygienic Protection System: Each package sent at a distance is delivered in a sealed and securely placarded bulk package (a bag or box marked with Babilon Shop corporate tape/seal). Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, from the moment the bulk package is opened (unsealed/seals broken) by the Buyer, the right to any eventual return unconditionally expires, and the merchandise becomes a used item that cannot be resold in wholesale trade.
- Acceptance of Risk by the Consumer: A consumer who waives the recommended on-site inspection in the warehouse and opts for shipping delivery declares that by logging onto the platform and placing an order, they fully accept the specification of the selected product class (including up to 5% micro-defects in Cat. A and the full risk of defects in Cat. B and C) and assume this risk under their own responsibility.
- On-Site Verification at the Warehouse: To ensure 100% transparency and eliminate commercial risk, both wholesale clients (B2B) and private individuals in the Economic Zone (B2C) have the full opportunity and are officially advised to personally visit the Babilon Shop warehouse before making payment to check, verify, and view the specifics of the purchased merchandise in person.
- Purchase at Buyer's Sole Risk: Making a distance purchase (by shipping) without prior on-site inspection or waiving a thorough viewing of the goods in the warehouse before payment is done at the sole and full risk of the Buyer.
- No Complaints Allowed After Purchase: Any claims, complaints, or grievances regarding brands, package composition, sizing, damage, dirt, or general technical and visual condition after the transaction is finalized, payment is made, or the goods leave the warehouse will not be considered or accommodated at all.
- Territorial Restrictions (Sales Restrictions): Certain brands within the mixes may have territorial restrictions regarding their further resale in specific geographical markets. The Buyer is obliged to comply with these guidelines and provide upon request: company name, country, contact person, and target country of product distribution.
- Wcounterparty Verification: Babilon Shop reserves the right to refuse the sale of specific branded packages to entities that do not successfully pass commercial verification.
- Intellectual Property: All names, logos, and trademarks of brands appearing in offers or packages are registered, constitute the legal property of their manufacturers, and are used by Babilon Shop solely for informational and identification purposes.

- Premium and Luxury Economic Zone (Sold strictly in packages): Only 9 kg or Only 5 pcs.
- Availability: To meet the needs of our customers, we open one dedicated warehouse on Saturdays from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
- Saturday Booking Policy: If you wish to visit us on a Saturday, please arrange an appointment with your manager at least one day in advance (no later than Friday). Without prior confirmation, warehouse assistance on Saturdays may not be possible.
